HRGO recruitment are looking for experienced Residential workers to support children and families on a temporary basis.

You will contribute to care planning and working with children and families directly to ensure a good quality of care.

About the role:

• Directly supporting children and young people in a Residential home
• Facilitate constructive contact with children and young people's families
• Supporting young people to access education and pursue their particular interests to further develop their ability to be independent
• Supporting all young people to prepare for adulthood

About you:

• NVQ level 3 caring for children and young people
• Previous experience of working with young people
• Must be confident in keeping good written records
