General Overview:
· General duties including word processing, diary management, minute taking, producing and updating reports, absence reporting and confidential documentation as determined by the Regional Manager. · Liaise with the regional management team and support functions to ensure all administrative tasks for the region are completed in a timely manner · Ensure compliance in relation to organisational procedures for Health, Safety and Environment, Service Delivery, Quality, Finance, Purchasing and HR.

Complexity:· All training will be given for the operation of all office systems and procedures. · Supervision and support will be continually provided by the Regional Manager · Regular one-to-one sessions will be held to monitor progress and provide opportunities for feedback.

Desirable: · Experience working within an FM environment · Experience of working on SAP, Maximo or similar CAFM system |
