Refuse & Recycling Supervisor
Up to £28,000 - Based on Experience
40 Hours Per Week - Occasional Saturdays Required

Our Client, a Multi-Million pound company with sites UK Wide are currently looking for a Refuse & Recycling Supervisor to join its well established and effective team.

This role has many responsibilities and which include:

• supervision of the process of work
• the safe and efficient delivery of equipment & materials
• the safe and efficient delivery of labour and resources from inception to completion in line with contract requirements and KPI's

The role will have you Managing and maintaining relationships with Clients, Customers & Employees and being able to develop further relations which benefit the company and lead to improvement throughout.

The Refuse & Recycling Supervisor will be working side by side with other supervisors on shift and are expected to cover each other during annual leave and other circumstances. The role will also have the responsibility to supervise other parts of the business which are based at the site.

You will be required to have constant contact with Both Clients & Customers and therefore you must have a positive and welcoming attitude and be able to present fantastic customer service skills.
