We are experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking to recruit a flexible, driven, resilient, people person with the ability to manage and prioritise their time. The purpose of this role is to maximise opportunities to attract suitable candidates for roles within our key clients. Duties include: Running multiple recruitment advertising campaigns Utilising Social Media to attract candidates and raise company profile Skills matching candidates to vacancies Contacting candidates to arrange interviews Interviewing candidates for specific roles The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT, administration and social media skills and a real passion for dealing with people. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage. Full training and support will be given. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
