Due to business demand and new contract wins, HR GO Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer to join our award-winning Company in Crawley. Salary ranges from £17,000 - £19,000 depending on experience and driving is an advantage but not essential. Daily duties: * Source and select candidates through a variety of media * Match skill sets appropriately with vacancies * Confidence to discuss contracts and new starter packs * Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics and job role descriptions Within this position you will be talking to a variety of different people from all sectors of the business world Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. The position is office based but there will be occasions when visiting client sites maybe required. You must: * Have good communication skills * Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease * Be persuasive, persistent and patient * Be able to cope with pressure * Be flexible and adaptable * Have good organisational and administrative skills * Have the ability to prioritise * Be able to work to deadlines Over time this role can develop into a sales consultant position with full training and development plan to support.
