As a Resourcer, you will:

Join a performing technical recruitment team in a central Ashford location

Resource for contract and perm vacancies

Identify and qualify candidates from a variety of databases, job boards and platforms

Work with senior colleagues to book and conduct interviews

Other administrative tasks within the office

About you:

Graduate or experience with technical/engineering knowledge

Confident with IT and telephone use

Ambitious to succeed in a competitive career
