Due to rapid growth and new contract wins HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Resourcer to join their team based in Stockport. The successful candidate will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the Recruitment Consultants. To be responsible for administering the resourcing process, sourcing and registering candidates ready for placement in temporary and permanent roles. Main Tasks & Responsibilities * To be responsible for placing recruitment adverts, completing the initial shortlisting when required, processing applications and liaising with applicants regarding interview/registration dates * To liaise with Consultants in relation interview dates ensuring rooms and booked and candidates are contacted in a timely manner * To provide support at assessment centres and recruitment events when required * To ensure recruitment databases are updated on a daily basis and any information is saved in the shared drives * To provide administrative support to the Branch team, including word processing, distribution of information, answering telephones, registering candidates * To support in the recruitment process * To be professional on the phone and when greeting visitors, providing effective customer service The successful candidate will possess the following skills - Essential: Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Can demonstrate an appreciation of confidentiality and exercise discretion Ability to deal with a wide range of people and establish effective working relationships Excellent communication skills both oral and written Strong IT skills including the use of spreadsheets, databases, email and word processing Flexible, co-operative and a supportive team player Ability to plan workload and work under pressure Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload Good numeracy and literacy skills Previous administration experience Good general education (O'level or GCSE as a minimum, including English) Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel to other sites If you feel that you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply online.
