Recruitment Resourcer

HRGO Norwich has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the team in this period of growth and expansion.

The role within the Norwich Office will be varied and involve the following:

Building relationships with candidates

Recruiting staff for our clients in Norfolk and Suffolk

Interviewing staff and ensuring all necessary paper and compliance is adhered to

Managing our internal Recruitment database

Advertising vacancies across a broad range of marketing channels for the business

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is able to speak to people at all levels.

Someone who is multi-lingual would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be honest and reliable with the determination to succeed.
