Recruitment Resourcer Salary - £16k to £19k DOE Our client based in the centre of Bishops Stortford, are looking for Resourcer to join their busy office based in the centre of Bishops Stortford. As a Resourcer, you will be playing a pivotal role in the success of the business, working closely with the Directors and profiling candidates on their in-house database and finding candidates from various sources. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, have exceptional communication skills, with an ability to prioritise workload and to show initiative when needed. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career within the working world! Key Responsibilities include: * Be active on social media, to source suitable candidates with the aim to present to the Directors for specific roles. * Utilising the business's CRM system, to manage, update, record and document all candidate communication and client interactions. * Manage the diaries of the Directors, including candidate calls, video conferences and meetings. * Prepare CV's ready to submit to clients. * Make regular telephone calls to candidates and clients for the arrangement of candidate interviews. * Other ad hoc office duties, when requested.
