Recruitment Project Coordinator

HRGO are recruiting for a Project Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients busy office in Bedford.

The role of recruitment coordinator will be responsible for providing high quality and comprehensive administrative functions to support the recruitment and selection process, offering guidance, and advice.

  • Plan and manage all recruitment projects
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed
    Send offer letters and contracts of employment to successful candidates
    Deal with all recruitment enquiries
    Set up interviews
    Maintain recruitment database.

We are looking for candidates with previous administration experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft systems.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
