Recruitment Partner -Home based role working for Leading Watford Charity

This role is to start 1^st July till mid-October with a view of becoming a 12 month fix term contract

Responsibilities

To deliver a consultative recruitment service to hiring managers, providing inclusive attraction campaigns to agreed time lines and quality standards (including KP I's and SLA requirements). To also take the lead co-ordination and communication role to ensure the candidate and hiring manager experience is positive.

Experience

CIPD or REC is advantageous

Full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting range of vacancy and contract types with experience in educating and influencing hiring manager and candidates, whilst delivering a positive experience throughout recruitment process. Experienced in vacancy fulfilment across wide various routes to market that capture diverse talent and in utilising Applicant Tracking System to follow recruitment processes, safer recruitment and GDPR. You must have a excellent track record of achieving team targets and KPIs.

Skills/Knowledge

Exceptional written skills demonstrable through compelling attraction methods and liaison with stakeholders across recruitment life cycle.

With exceptional verbal communication for range of stakeholders.

Ability to develop relationships remotely and across multiple locations and to build confidence of knowledge and expertise.

Skilled in managing multiple campaigns whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and prioritising workload effectively.

Forward thinker, eager to make a difference.

Through understanding of applying diversity principles within resourcing of staff

Knowledge of relevant law affecting the recruitment of staff
