We are currently recruiting for On-site Managers in one of our client's busy Warehouses in the Northampton area.

Hours whilst on-site will be 05.30 - 14.30 OR 13.30 to 22:30 however you must be flexible

Rate of pay for this role will be - £13.00 per hour

Duties include:

• recruiting a high volume requirement of warehouse staff for shifts at site
• registering candidates and ensuring all RTW documents are received so the candidate is compliant
• booking/rostering staff in for shifts
• ensuring the smooth running of the on-site on a daily basis

Full-Training will be given however we are looking for staff with a "can-do" attitude who are reliable and hard working. Transport is required due to location of site.

Previous experience of recruitment/account management is beneficial.
