As a full time consultant joining this highly successful team, you will have a minimum 2 years' experience within the recruitment sales and have a desire to be the best. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build positive working relationships with both candidates and clients and possess excellent account management, sales and negotiation skills, capable of developing new client relationships at every opportunity.
