RHL FM & Technical is a technical recruitment business recruiting in the Facilities Management and Building Services sectors. Based in Southampton we are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing business and busy team.

Job description:

As a temporary consultant the role will include:

• Existing business management for a large temporary pipeline of vacancies
• New business generation nationally for temporary vacancies from large national clients to SMEs
• Reporting on weekly activity to your line manager and ensuring that all recruitment activity is carried out in a timely manner as agreed with your line manager.
• Managing the weekly targets as agreed with you line manager.
• Ensuring that your clients and candidates receive the best possible customer service and are kept up to date on your recruitment processes.

Person Specification:

• Ideally from a temporary/contract recruitment background the successful candidate will have experience with business development and account management for our existing client base and new business clients
• You will have an excellent understanding of the temporary recruit processes and legal requirements surrounding temporary recruitment.
• You will be responsible for the daily management of your temporary workers, new bookings, site visits and temporary candidate registrations.
• Part of your responsibility will be to ensure that all RTW documentation is held and stored correctly and that all the correct processes have been carried out when registering new candidates.
