We are looking for a self-motivated recruitment consultant to join our team full-time in Ramsgate, Kent.

The Ideal Candidate:

• To have excellent communication skills on all levels, both on the phone and face to face.
• Understanding of the recruitment sales cycle, formulating and implementing a sales strategy by sector
• Be willing to pick up the phone and engage with both clients and candidates.
• The ability to build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.
• To be able to multi-task within a fast-paced and focused environment
• To be capable of working to deadlines and targets
• Outgoing, confident and self-motivated
• Highly proactive
• Comfortable with calling new and existing clients

The Role:

• Business Development of existing and prospective clients.
• To identify, win and retain business.
• Resolving client or candidate queries that arise.
• To be compliant and to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will have a full driving license and own transport

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, you will also need to be able to cover the on call phone, evenings & Weekends on a rota.

Responsibilities will include recruiting for vacancies, sourcing new business opportunities, managing and delivering an outstanding service to our clients.
