• Meet and exceed Temp Revenue targets within your sector and in accordance with agreed performance standards
• Find the best candidates for our client's temporary needs and generate new business opportunities, finding new clients and new job seekers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference
• Search job boards and post adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
• Have regular contact (electronically and in person) with existing clients to maintain good relationships
• Arrange and attend service visits
• Target new, lapsed and existing clients/prospects to open up opportunities
• Ensure candidate are fully compliant to work in the UK
• Using social media to advertise positions, search and attract candidates
• Ensure temps register fully within the candidate portal
• Ensure pipeline of candidates for client needs
• Candidate and client communication to ensure all needs are met

This is a full time position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
