You will be an experienced recruiter ideally with 1+ years' experience, who is a self-motivated and a pro-active individual. This is an opportunity to elevate your career within a corporate group. Working with our small, experienced team from our Sunderland office you will be be active in developing new opportunities for your commercial/perm desk. With the whole of the North East as your territory you will be able to find plenty of opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Contacting new and existing companies to discuss their staffing requirements

* Sourcing candidates to match the requirements of your clients

* Establish and maintain long lasting relationships

* Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients through provision of outstanding candidates and excellent communication and regular client liaison

We want somebody with the drive and ambition to grow a desk and along with it, their reputation. With an existing client base to work with, it will not be a completely cold start.
