About the role:
You will lead from the front and motivate your team to achieve above and beyond expected targets. This will involve both overseeing the fulfilment of existing national contracts and building a prospect pipeline in order to win new business. You will need to negotiate at a high level, sell concepts and ideas, and gain commitment. Problem-solving will be essential and you will have the authority to take sensible business decisions within the Company's framework.
