This organisation has been trading for over 30 years and are proud of the reputation they have built up, and now have branches in New Zealand and Australia. As a Receptionist/Customer Service Advisor you will be at the heart of the business exceeding customer expectations. Main duties include: * Arranging appointments * Booking diaries and meetings * Meeting and greeting customers * Providing excellent customer service at all times * Being the first point of contact for all queries coming into the office The ideal candidate: * A minimum of 2 year's experience in an administration / reception role * Demonstrate excellent customer service * Be a team player * Have a can-do attitude and able to use own initiative when required This is a permanent role and the salary is £16,863 per annum plus bonuses Hours of work are Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 days a week on a rota)
