HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established, international company for their office in Ashford. This organisation has been trading for over 30 years and are proud of the reputation they have built up, and now have branches in New Zealand and Australia. As a Receptionist/Customer Service Advisor you will be at the heart of the business exceeding customer expectations. Main duties include: * Arranging appointments * Booking diaries and meetings * Meeting and greeting customers * Providing excellent customer service at all times * Being the first point of contact for all queries coming into the office The ideal candidate: * A minimum of 2 year's experience in an administration / reception role * Demonstrate excellent customer service * Be a team player * Have a can-do attitude and able to use own initiative when required This is a permanent role and the salary is £16,863 per annum plus bonuses Hours of work are Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 days a week on a rota)
