We are recruiting for a part time receptionist for our client based in Folkestone. You will need to have customer service skills, be organised and efficient. You should be competent in Word and Excel and have previous administration experience and preferably hold a full driving license.
Duties Include:
Dealing with customers
Answering telephone
Bookings
Data input
Administration
Filing
Any ad hoc duties
Hours are 9.00am - 2.00pm, Monday - Friday, but would need to occasionally cover holiday, 8.00am until 5.00pm, totalling 20 days annually.
This is a temporary position but for the right person, could become a permanent role.
