HRGO are currently recruiting for Receptionist for a car show room in Canterbury Main Duties & Responsibilities * Welcome guests with a friendly, yet professional manor * Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to people calling in * Deal with all general enquiries * Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery. * Carry out administration tasks as directed by the management * Update data as required using the appropriate computer system promptly and accurately * Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested Skills & Knowledge: * Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times * Ability to work efficiently using own initiative to resolve issues * Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritising as appropriate * Proactive and positive/flexible attitude This is a temporary, full time role working 5 days a week Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm For more information and to be considered for the role, please apply via your CV below.
