We are recruiting for a receptionist for our client based in Folkestone. You should have good customer service skills, be organised and be able to use your own initiative. Must be computer literature, numerate and have previous administrational / office experience. If you have also done bookkeeping or have had any dealings with accounts or have an accounts qualification, this would be beneficial.
Duties Include:
Dealing with customers
Answering the telephone
Data Input
Administration
Dealing with client queries
Bookkeeping /accounting duties
Hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm , Monday - Friday .
