We are looking for an experienced Reach truck driver /Cold store Warehouse Operative to join an ever-growing business near Holt.

Duties:

Reporting to the Cold store Supervisor/Manager, you will provide support in maintaining a smooth running of the day to day operation of the Cold store. Adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety policies, you would be responsible for movement of raw materials to and from the factory, accurate picking for customer orders and efficient process when dealing of the delivery of these, ensuring these are stored in the correct locations.

Experience working with hand-held scanners would be advantages as this is part of the duties on a daily basis with delivers.

Duties & Responsibilities

* You will be expected to have a full up to date forklift truck driving licence.

* Picking raw materials and servicing the factory of its raw materials (product, sauces) against the Bill of Materials request in the plan and on time.

* Collection of finished products from the factory back to the dispatch store.

* Collection of raw materials from production (product, sauces,) back to the cold store.

* In conjunction with the procurement, coordinating the booking and scheduling of vehicles delivering raw material.

* Unloading vehicles onto site and locating their deliveries into store. This will involve hand-balling raw material containers as well as palletized vehicles.

* Register and storage of frozen raw material and servicing the factory needs.

* Ensuring the site is kept swept, clean and tidy at all times. Advising the business of pest control issues.

Hours of work: 2pm-10pm Mon to Fri

Pay: £9.77 per hour

This role will start on a temporary basis and will develop in to a permanent job for the right person.
