Starting Salary: £22,000 pa, plus overtime - Excellent Earning potential
Our client specialises in the supply of two-way radio communication systems, to the rail industry. They provide on-site Radio Engineers to maintain, manage and assist with all communications requirements across the rail network, typically covering weekend maintenance works.
We are looking to recruit a Radio Communication Operative / Van Driver (two in total) to join their team and full training will be provided.
Typical working week is Thursday to Sunday (including Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Working 3 out of 4 weekends per month and bank holidays. This is split between working on various sites across the London, East Anglia and Kent regions on a weekend and based at the office in Bishop's Stortford when not out on site.
Applicants will need to be reliable, trustworthy, have a full UK driving licence and be happy to do shift work (nights and days) and be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month: including bank holidays.
Due to the nature of the work involved, the Radio Communication Operative / Van Driver will be driving the company van from the office in Bishop's Stortford to various railway stations or railway locations in the London, Anglian and Kent regions. Overnight accommodation is provided depending on the location.
Required:
Starting Salary: £22,000 pa, plus overtime; offering excellent earning potential.
Salary increases to £25,000 after successfully completing the three-month probationary period.
Typical working week is Thursday to Sunday (Includes weekends, Bank Holidays).
When not working on a weekend, then working week will typically be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Monday.
