Established and respected Aerospace precision engineering company have an opportunity for a quality manager to join their senior team. The role oversees a small quality team and ensures compliance to standards and customer satisfaction. This is a varied and all-encompassing role that will include things such as:

• Upkeep of AS9100 and responsibility for NADCAP for the special processes

• Supplier quality Assessments

• Ensuring EASA, CAA and MOD requirements are met

• Management and development of the quality team

• Input into NPI to ensure quality is maintained

• Helping drive continuous improvement through the company

• Responsibility for all traceability documentation and reporting

You will have a solid understanding of all aspects of inspection and regulatory compliance holding lead auditor status with AS9100/ISO standards. This should be coupled with working experience of modern manufacturing methods (e.g. lean or CI).
