Quality Manager - Senior Quality position in this respected precision engineering/manufacturing company. Working as part of the senior management team you will oversee and lead all things Quality for the company.

• Leading CI projects and initiatives

• Taking the lead on customer quality issues and queries

• Managing the quality and inspection team

• Maintaining the Quality Management system

• Helping in H&S strategy

You should be an experienced, confident customer facing manager with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of a machine shop/ precision engineering environment. You will likely have a formal engineering qualification and you should have a solid technical understanding of quality engineering processes such as 8D, SPC and FAIR.
