QUALITY ENGINEER An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join one of our leading industry manufacturers. The purpose of the role is to quality interface with internal manufacturing, engineering, vendors and customers. Maintain quality system requirements for ISO 9001, ATEX and PED. Roles and responsibilities: * Facilitate and support manufacturing team in their responsibilities to control, measure and record product quality information * Manage scheduled and complete ISO 9001 internal audit programme * Raise supplier rejections/debits within SAP * Maintain and continually improve the quality system and internal departmental procedures with managers to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and other business needs ATEX, PED etc * Responsibility for warranty analysis and corrective action monitoring and reporting Experience required: * Minimum of 5 years working experience within a quality position in a manufacturing environment * Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools is a must * Ability to train others in use of quality tools and techniques * Competent in using/programming a CMM would be an advantage * Previous experience with SAP would be an advantage If you are an experienced Quality Engineer and seeking a new opportunity in the market, then please apply
