As Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be working with the QA team to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System and related documentation. You will need to be comfortable working with limited supervision, whilst supporting the execution of both the Quality Assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

Main duties:

• Manage and Coordinate documents within the Quality Management System

• Generate and communicate regular reports

• Coordinate completion and communication of customer questionnaires

• Coordinate external quality audits on site

• Participate in internal audits

• Provide general administration support for QA department and QMS compliance

• Promote quality culture throughout the organisation

About you:

• High levels of attention to detail

• Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent detailed knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Quality Assurance experience preferred (ISO 9001 knowledge a plus)

• Excellent Problem Solving skills

• Have a desire to learn , develop and progress your skills and career
