Our Client who are based in Ashford, Kent are looking for a Permanent "Purchase Ledger Clerk" to join their team with immediate effect due to business growth.
The ideal Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant role in a fast paced environment. The role is working part-time hours over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday so local Candidates to Ashford would be beneficial due to hours and days.
Hours are negotiable. Reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for:
* Post ledger invoices on to the in-house system
* Checking purchase orders against good received notes, extensive reconciliations
* Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
* Allocating invoices on to the system
* Matching, batching and coding
* Prepare payment runs
