The company are a market leader in Kent and the South-East and the Rainham office is their top performing branch.

They are looking for an experience Property Manager with the following responsibilities

• Work closely with landlords and tenants and offer a first class service

• Conduct property inspections and complete detailed reports

• Make sure all certificates and insurances are up to date a follow guidelines

• Inventory

• Organise repair and maintenance of properties

We are looking for candidates who come from a property management background who have the ability to offer a fantastic customer service:

• Excellent communication skills

• Be able to manage 100+ properties.

• Good organisation

• Ability to negotiate

• Ability to identify further opportunities to expand portfolio.
