Property Maintenance Assistant - Permanent contract

Immediate start

Hours : 37.5 per week Monday to Friday

Salary £21,167 + on call premium

Annual leave 33 days

Shifts - 11.30 -20.00

On call 1 in 8 weeks

Driving License is required - to drive company vehicles when on call

General property maintenance of accommodation - internal

• Fixing leaks/ replacing taps
• Painting
• Assist with statutory testing including fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and fire detector checks, shower head cleaning and emergency lighting checks
• General building repairs
• Use of power tools as required
• unblocking pipes/ drains/ basic plumbing
• water Temperature monitoring
• Replacing light bulbs
• working at heights when required
• On call 1 in 8 weeks - additional Premium paid

Successful candidates will have:

• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Driving license
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Good general knowledge and experience of property Maintenance
• Experience of using hand tools
• Experience of following H&S rules
• Physically fit
