Job Specification

Position: Property Administrator - Quality and Performance

Location: Chester

Salary: £19,750p/a

Hours: 37.5 per week covering Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm on a shift rota basis

Our client is experiencing a significant increase in bookings due to a huge surge in demand for UK holidays and are looking for additional support within the Quality department. Duties:

You will accountable for the following areas of responsibilities:
Account Management of a portfolio of owners and properties varying in size and quality across the UK and Ireland
Working both proactively and reactively where required to relationship manage the whole owner journey from the first day of the property being live, through to graduation
Ownership of your portfolio, ensuring the property is set up correctly, tick rating consistency in line with the brand guidelines, correct display of features, accurate pricing and the relevant commercial terms
Feedback to relevant department on improvements based on staff/owner feedback
Understand all organisation's products, services, procedures, guideline
To create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and a collaborative approach
A flexible approach to the role is required and the ability to do any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.

Experience in building relationships and rapport with owners
Ability to solve problems and negotiate with owners at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent listening skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy
Self motivation
Excellent time management skills
Able to work under own initiative.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Commercial acumen
