Due to continued expansion, HRGO Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Support Administrator on a permanent basis for their client based in Stockport. Our client are a nationally recognised business that deals with high quality Secure Entry Systems, from manufacturing to installation. The successful candidate will be required to work between 08:00 - 16:45, Monday to Thursday and 0800 - 13:00 on a Friday and the date to day role will cover the following - * Answering the telephone * Sales order processing using sage line 50 - Raise and process customer orders/job files/internal works orders/order acknowledgements/account applications * Raising relevant installation paperwork * Book and manage hotel accommodation for site teams * Write to tenants where applicable, on behalf of customers in line with customer requirements * Organise the dispatch of any keys, fobs, supplementary items etc. * Collect installation paperwork daily, review and ensure full compliance with procedure * Raise any snagging paperwork and report any identified snags to the Project Team * Process completion certificates * Collect and update maintenance information * Pass for invoicing/post installation inspection * Complete customer satisfaction surveys after each installation * Provide general support to the Projects Manager and Project Co-ordinator * Any other reasonable duties as required * Assisting managers as and when required Ideally our client is looking for someone with with experience in a construction or facilities management based role who is confident with dealing with field engineers and customers.
