HRGO are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a leading organisation in Hemel Hempstead
Duties Include:-

Quoting from drawings
-
Raise quotations using standard quote templates in conjunction with Construction Pack
-
Project Billing - invoice management
-
Invoicing in a timely manner
-
Instruct on Sales Orders raising in line with the requested delivery dates

Check that Sales Orders loaded match the onsite expectation (in line with the issued quote)

Follow up / chase any outstanding project information with the relevant parties

Process requests from Internal PM related projects as required Allocate & manage requests

Contact Main contractors to arrange deliveries
-
Engage with accounts re Franchisee payments prior to ordering/dispatching goods

Support the account manager and or Operational support Manager as required
Requirements
- Proven record of Project Co-ordination experience
- Experience of Excel
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities and provide support to various internal departments
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Utilise mainframe systems and PC programs to optimise performance.
- Identify areas for self-improvement and training requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate high level of accuracy.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
