Our client based in the Reddish area of Stockport are looking for a Project Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Sales, Operations and Project teams. General Duties include: * Answer the telephone * Attend weekly production meetings * Raise and send purchase orders for D/E & Access control & Subcontract installation - Job specific. * Ensure that works have been completed * Booking in of door entry / factored products * Raise inspection sheets for Project Manager Admin) * Any other duties required by Management Installation * Getting install items ready for the following day inline with work instruction / procedure * Weekly check of glazing for production report to line Manager * Daily phone calls to installers to check everything is running smoothly * Pass on any issues to the admin team * Review previous days installation paperwork to ensure the job has been completed satisfactorily * Check each team have sent a before and after photo of the door and sign the box to confirm * Send completion certificates * Ensure installation paperwork is in the job file * Pass files to Accounts for invoicing providing that everything is in order * Complete feedback surveys * Check sub contract installations have been completed 416 Drawing Approval * Highlight any discrepancies on 416 so they can be rectified * Forward 416 drawings to customer * Chase outstanding 416 drawings that are awaiting approval To apply for this position please send an up to date CV along with a covering letter explaining why you would like to be considered.
