Position: Production/Machine Operative

Permanent / Full Time Position

Location: Deeside

Hours: This will be on the 24/7 shift rota pattern on rotational basis (Two weeks of days then Two weeks of nights and rotate)

Salary: £23,138 PA inc shift allowance

Due to growth and expansion our client is looking for a number of Production Operative to work within a busy production environment, the ideal candidate will have some experience within a similar role but full training will be provided.

Specific Tasks/Accountabilities

• Operate within Company safety policy at all times

• Knowledge and ability to utilise all inspection machinery to achieve highest possible quality with maximum output and minimum waste

• Maintain a tidy work area at all times

• Key Performance Indicators: Conformance to Plan, Quality (frequency and scale) and Waste

Skills, Qualification & Attributes:

• Display an excellent eye for detail

• Previous experience within a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Able to operate effectively and maintain standards whilst working to tight production schedules

• Strong attention to detail - able to stay focused and flag any issues calmly and clearly

• Understands customer needs - high focus on quality and order deadlines

• Willingness to work overtime as and when business requirements demand
