HRGO are seeking experienced Production Supervisors with experience in Food Manufacturing.
The successful candidates will:
- Manage teams of staff within the factory
- Manage quality of the products and organise quality checks
- Ensure that production runs smoothly and on schedule
- Liaise with production planning teams
- Be able to lead a team effectively
- Have experience of BRC Audit processes and competence to liaise with suppliers and retail clients.
Successful candidates will have experience of Food FMCG together with a positive and forward thinking attitude to be able to lead a successful team of staff.
With year on year growth, the company is undergoing significant expansion and this is the right time to join.
Salary £32,000 per annum.
