HR GO are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for a client in Borough Green, Sevenoaks. Could this be your opportunity to move into a more senior position.

The key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor are:

• To provide support to the Packhouse Manager and Shift Managers

• To be a key point of contact for the Packhouse Manager regarding daily operations.

• To be a key point of contact for the Quality Controllers.

• Ensure pre-job checks are complete.

• To ensure the lines are set up correctly before production commences including setting film and selecting the correct programme on the weighing system.

• To ensure all packaging and labels are correct before start of a production run.

• To ensure product and packaging traceability is maintained at all times.

• To take the daily register and ensure that the working hours of the packers and graders are correct and within the Company guidelines.

• To ensure the pallet truck checklist and scanner log are completed.

• To ensure the Site hygiene rules are adhered to.

• To be aware of the relevant requirements of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and to ensure compliance within the packing/grading/distribution of all product.

Hours: 4on-4off 7am-7pm

Salary: £11.57ph.
