• PAY RATE: £10-£10.80 per hour - pay increase once training completed
• HOURS: Alternating shifts
• START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

HR GO Recruitment are looking for production operator for a production site in Castle Cary. This role is open to those also without experience as full training will be given - however all candidates MUST hold a valid forklift licence.

The role will involve responsibility for operating the grinder specifically. The Production Operator will be a multi-skilled process associate who is responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our Grinder process whilst ensuring our highest Safety and Quality standards are maintained. There are a lot of opportunities to progress into other areas within the business.

The shifts are rotating between:

• 6am-2pm
• 2pm-10pm
• 10pm-6am (Night Shifts £10.80 per hour)

Production Operator key duties:

• As the Production Operator you will maintain excellent grinder efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan
• Actively participate in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
• The job holder will comply with all Safety and Quality standards
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement ideas to support fulfilment of the site goals & strategy
