HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative/Machine Operator Our client is a well established lean manufacturer, developing revolutionary systems in-house that support amongst the highest productivity ratios in the industry. Patented CNC machines are used to cut materials to create bespoke furniture, using only sustainably sourced materials. The successful candidate will be trained over a period of time to work across 4 different areas on a rota basis ; Machine Operating, Assembly, Painting and Dispatch Skills required -Experience of operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment -Physically fit and comfortable with lifting -Good attention to detail, able to quality check own work -Technically minded The idea candidate -Experience with CNC machines is desirable but full training will be provided. -Take pride in your work -Career minded -Warehousing and picking experience -Good level of maths and English -Experience of Project management -Team player If you would like to be considered for the role, then please apply with your CV below.
