POSITION: Production Operative

LOCATION: Flintshire

HOURS: weekly rotating shifts 07:00-15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00

SALARY: £19,000p/a

Our client is currently looking for an experience Production Operative to join their team, the successful candidate will have machine operating experience, a current FLT licence (although desirable not essential.

Role and Responsibilities include

• Set up, running, monitoring and basic trouble shooting of machinery
• Checking integrity of materials prior to use
• Feeding materials to machine as required
• Communicate and work together with team members on the Production floor
• Monitor and check output to ensure there are no errors or issues
• Report any issues to Management to ensure swift action can be taken
• Maintain activity logs
• Adhere to all Quality SOPs and report any non-conformance issues to Manager
• Liaise with team members at shift switchover in order to maintain the smooth running of production
• Responsible for all cleaning machine/equipment and Production area

Skill Requirements & Job details

• A good understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team to ensure goals are achieved
• Flexibility to rotate shifts as necessary within a small team
• FLT licence desirable
