Our client based in Mere are currently looking to recruit x4 production operatives for the moulding team.

This will be on a temporary to permanent basis.

Hours of work: Mon to Thurs - 8am to 4.45PM (moving to shift pattern in September, approx. 6 - 2 or 2 - 10 ie. Early/lates Fri 8am - 3.45PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain injection mould machines

Produce manufactured products to the required standard

Always follow health and safety guidance and procedures

Identify and report any faulty or non confirming products

Report any issues that may occur immediately wither with the machine or products

Pack parts as required and appropriately

Maintain clean and tidy work areas

Record manufacturing process, parts made etc on the ERP data capture system

Support any process improvement activities.

Skills and Attributes:

A good eye for detail

Safe working practises

Previously worked in a fast paced environment

Good English skills (written and verbal)

Punctual and reliable

Have a positive attitude and respectful to others

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
