Production Manager

Manufacturing leadership opportunity in this successful subcontract precision engineering company.

We are looking for a confident man manager, who is not averse to getting his hands dirty, and leads by example, to manage the day to day running of a machine shop, driving continuous improvements throughout the factory.

You will be involved with all the following:

• Production planning & Scheduling

• Process improvements

• Progress chasing and subcontractor management.

• Troubleshooting problems

• staff management

You should have a solid understanding of CNC machining and precision engineering in general. The company have a refreshing, friendly and innovative approach to building teams and leadership and we are looking for an excellent people manager and communicator with proven leadership skills.
