Working for a reputable company based in Gillingham you will become part of their production operative team working on a 3 shift rota system.

Candidates will need to be able to work a 3 shift rotation so 6.00 - 14.00, 14.00 - 22.00 and 22.00 - 6.00.

The role is a physical and fast paced job so you will be on your feet all day. You will be involved in the day to day running of the production area.

The company also run 12 hour shifts consisting of days and nights.

You will need to be very organised, able to prioritise and keep calm in quite a pressurised environment.
