Job Tittle: Machine / Production Operative

Location: Heathfield

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: 22k per annum (overtime available)

HR GO recruitment are looking for candidates to join our clients respected and bespoke design and build company. As a Production / Machine Operative you will be expected to work efficiently and effectively whilst at a high standard.

Our client is rapidly expanding and is rare a role like this comes along with them! This company can offer training on various different skills as well as progression opportunities!

Responsibilities and duties

• Learn manufacturing of products using CNC Joinery machine / Use of Workshop machinery
• Following health and safety
• Packing and strapping packs for loading and delivery
• Loading / unloading materials and goods (Operating a Counterbalance Forklift - forklift desirable)
• Supporting the production team to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
• Ensuring deadlines are met in line with production schedule
• Report quality issues to line manager promptly
• Completion of all associated paperwork

TO NOTE

• All training on production machinery and forklift will be provided
• 23 days annual leave (plus bank and public holidays)
• Driver's license is essential due to being in a rural area (not accessible by public transport)
