Job Specification
POSITION: Production Leading hand
LOCATION: Bodelwyddan
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
SALARY: £20,000-22,000
HR GO Recruitment are working in partnership with our manufacturing client in Bodelwyddan to recruit a Production Leading hand.
Our client specialises in the Tier 1 Automotive Industry
Duties Include:
- Management of despatch area and processes, including storage, picking, loading and transportation
- Monitoring stock availability to customer orders
- Liaison with customer services regarding despatch availability
- Escalation of customer delivery issues
- Ensuring your area is in a safe working condition
- Completing return to work investigations and escalating repeat issues
- Track continuous improvement ideas and follow-up implementation
