Production Engineering Supervisor/Manager

Interesting and varied role in this organised mechanical parts manufacturing facility.

Focusing on the entire process for particular product lines you will use your production engineering knowledge and utilise a range of modern manufacturing methods to continuously improve efficiency and reduce waste across all aspects of the manufacturing.

You will likely have 3 years + experience in a supervisory or management role involved with the production and assembly of mechanical parts so you have a general understanding of all departments and roles that impact production. This experience will allow you to oversee and manage purchasing, materials control, production machining and assembly functions in your area.

You will be familiar with Lean manufacturing, Kanban, continuous improvement (CI) and value stream mapping.

The role will be working on a double day shift.
