Sussex Recruitment requires a Production Operative and Mechanical Assembly person for their Uckfield based client. This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis but will become permanent after 12-week probationary period has been passed. The role will focus on the assembly and soldering of components, Mechanical and Electronic to PCBA's. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience and be confident they can solder PCB components accurately. Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will be required to assemble electronic components and solder them to PCB assemblies. You will need to check solder joins for quality, acceptability and rework if required and mechanically assemble components.
