We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager for a leading Merchant Services company who will lead a small team of Product Analysts with the core purpose of supporting technical queries and issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can be a product champion, be the ultimate 'go-to' point of contact for all sales and service when the product analysts cannot answer the question and someone who is not afraid to think outside of the box to make things better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain in-depth market, industry and competitive knowledge.
• Seek out new product opportunities for growth, analysing trends and competitor information.
• Articulate the propositions both internally and to the marketplace.
• Work with all areas of the business to develop new products and enhance existing ones, identifying and documenting product requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to explore new products, formulate plans, facilitate training and support setting up partner agreements.
• Manage the definition, development and launch of new products including timelines, product documentation and system changes needed to support the product.
• Introduce innovative tools to support business growth through attracting more new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Be a credible technical and commercial interface.
• Be able to sell, demonstrate and explain the full feature range at a reasonable technical level.
• Launch industry leading products.

The Role:

Lead a small team of Product Analysts who are primarily responsible for:

• Supporting Payment Executives and Payment Consultants with technical queries from merchants who have a bespoke set up.
• Collaborating with all Teams on technical issues that require investigation. Escalating software bugs to Product Suppliers.
• Regularly updating content for all Product related technology platforms such as Online Shop, Product Hub, Self Service and Merchant Portal.
• Manage the relationship with all key Product Suppliers
