Do you have experience of managing GMP quality assurance tasks? Have you worked within a multinational fast-moving consumer goods ?

If the answer is yes- then look no further as HRGO are recruiting for a Global Organisation and have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Product Compliance Specialist based in Folkestone, Kent.

The Product Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the following day to day tasks:

To support and foster a Quality culture within the QA Ops team and the wider production environment

Packaging component & finished product specification management

Inspect incoming components and packaging components according to the relevant specifications, determining whether materials are fit for use

Maintain the specifications for all materials required.

Maintaining the line complaint system and ensuring that follow ups are met to close these out

To provide Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for stakeholders when required for stock shipped

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all testing procedures are up to date and validated

Reporting and documenting on any non-conformance's raised at goods in or online through the Agile system and completing the investigations to close out the non-conformance's

To maintain accurate and true TQM records and to ensure that is complies to the relevant procedures and quality standards

To ensure that Production adhere to GMP through training, collaboration and inspection

Assist in the investigation of all adverse complaints received by the client relating to in-house produced Cosmetic and Medical device products

To work effectively cross functionally with key stakeholders in Production, Planning, Marketing and R&D

Maintain and report monthly RFT metrics and KPIs for in-house production, helping to drive improvements

Supports the plant, QA Office and Laboratory 5S programmes

Performs other reasonable duties related to the scope of work required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Quality Assurance within a regulated industry and have a great eye for detail.
